How does the Wish List work?
Our Wish List option offers 2 list types:
#1 Wishlist - when you are viewing the product page
- you can add it to a Wishlist for going back to later
or share as gift ideas with friends & family
#2 Save For Later List - when you update your cart
- when you update your cart, you are asked if you want to save
and can also share with family & friends as gift ideas
If you signed in using your Black Wagon account, the lists will be kept under you account and be there the next time you log in.
If you did not sign in or are there as a 'guest', the lists are only active while you are on the site. If you leave and then come back, the list will not be there.
Requiring a login proves that you control your email address and makes it very hard for spammers or other malicious actors to leverage.
What is the Sales Tax in Oregon?
Currently, Oregon has no sales tax.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available for Continental US orders of $75 or more.
What is the return policy?
Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
The short story is:
- We offer store credit for returns
- All purchases of Sale items are final
- We accept returns if they are defective/flawed
- Exchanges must be unused & in their original packaging
Can I indicate if a purchase is a gift?
Yes. During the regular checkout process, on the Shopping Cart screen there is a checkbox to indicate it is a gift. You can type in a message to go with the gift in the instructions box on that screen. We will gift wrap your purchase and include your message with it.
You will not see the 'This is a Gift' option if you choose the 'Buy It Now' option as it bypasses the cart screen.
Do you offer gift wrap?
We offer free gift wrap on our Black Wagon orders using colorful tissue and sealed with one of our gorgeous Black Wagon stickers. No need to pay extra!
What form of payment do you accept?
Black Wagon currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, ApplePay, PayPal & AfterPay (a buy now/pay later option). However, it can change frequently, so try it.
Do you offer In-store Pickup?
Yes. In-store pickup is available and can be checked during the checkout process under Delivery Method. If you are in Portland or planning to visit, shop online and choose the "in-store pickup" option!
What is the 'Local' Delivery Option?
If the product is shipping to close proximity Portland, OR zip codes, you will be offered local shipping options. This is an offering to help keep shipping costs down for our local customers.
How do you guarantee the safety of my credit card info?
Black Wagon uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and secure your credit card info as you send it to us. We do NOT store any credit card numbers with our order history.
Do you share our info/e-mail with any one?
We respect your privacy! Black Wagon does not and will not share our customers' information with anyone, so your e-mail address and any other personal information remains safe with us.
Where do you deliver? How is shipping calculated?
Black Wagon ships close to home and all over the world! Currently we offer flat rate domestic shipping to destinations in the Continental U.S. via USPS or UPS. We ship Internationally through USPS.
We offer free shipping for the Continental U.S. for orders over $75.
We charge a flat rate of $8.50 in Continental U.S. for orders under $75.
We charge a $20 USPS International Rate to Canada (some adjustments may be requested for over-sized packages).
We charge a $30 USPS International Rate to Australia (some adjustments may be requested for over-sized packages).
