Return / Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns for items in the event they have any manufacturing flaws or defects. Photos and description of the damage will be requested.
  • All sale item purchases are final.
  • Store credit or exchange is always preferred, but in some cases a refund will be issued. This is a case by case basis.
  • Returns & exchanges must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returned items must be received within 20 days of delivery date (domestic USA) or 20 days outside USA
  • Returns and exchanges will be processed immediately upon receipt
  • Items may be exchanged for another of equal value, or for store credit toward a future purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility (see instructions below). We recommend purchasing shipping with tracking.

Instructions for Returning or Exchanging an Item
Returns and exchanges will be processed immediately upon receiving them at Black Wagon. 

Information we need:

  • First, contact us to let us know
                 Contact form 
  • Provide the name the order was placed under or the order #.
  • Provide an mail or phone number for contact purposes.  <<Important!
  • Tell us the item(s) to be returned/exchanged and the reason. If exchanging, provide the size you need.
  • We will contact you with the mailing address and discuss return details.
  • If returning the item, send it back with tracking (in original shipping box/bag when possible) 
  • If exchanging, it is easiest & quickest for you to purchase the item you would like to exchange, when you receive it, use the provided shipping label and the same shipping box/bag to ship back the returning item. Once received we will process a 100%* refund of the exchanged item.

    *100% refund depends on new unused condition of item.

    Store Credit
    In the event that you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, we will issue you a credit for the difference in the form of a coupon code that can be used online or in store with no expiration date.

    In the event that you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, please contact us for payment over phone or we can invoice you via email.
