Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you purchase directly through our online store you will not be charged Oregon sales tax. Some states and cities carry extra taxes that we can not control.
How can I get free shipping?
Free shipping is available for Continental US orders over $80 and for packages shipping to an Oregon address.
What is your return policy?
Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
The short story is:
- Sale items are final sale
- We accept returns within 15 days of the order.
- Refunds are given for defective or flawed products
- Exchanges must be unused & in their original packaging
How do I get Free Gift Wrapping?
At checkout you can specify whether your order is a gift and we will complimentary wrap it for you. You can even leave a personal message in the text box and we will attach to your order for you.
You will not see the 'This is a Gift' option if you choose the 'Buy It Now' option as it bypasses the cart screen.
What is your gift wrapping?
Our complimentary gift wrap is colorful tissue paper sealed with a happy Black Wagon sticker.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Black Wagon currently accepts most credits cards, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay and more.
How do I use my gift card? Enter your gift card code at checkout in the gift card box. Contact us if you have questions about your code.
Do you offer In-store Pickup?
As of April 2026 we are online only now.
Can I get something next day or same day pick up? Reach us through the contact button or chat feature on the website before placing an order and we can coordinate a meet up.
How do you guarantee the safety of my credit card info?
Black Wagon uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and secure your credit card info as you send it to us. We do NOT store any credit card numbers with our order history.
Do you share our info/e-mail with any one?
We respect your privacy! Black Wagon does not and will not share our customers' information with anyone, so your e-mail address and any other personal information remains safe with us.
Where do you deliver? How is shipping calculated?
Black Wagon ships close to home and all over the world! Currently we offer flat rate domestic shipping to destinations in the Continental U.S. via USPS or UPS. We ship Internationally through USPS.
We charge $0 for anything sent to Oregon.
We charge $0 shipping in the Continental U.S. for orders $80 and up.
We charge a flat rate of $6.75 in Continental U.S. for orders under $80.
An exception to the above is an 'oversize' charge that could be applied for large/heavy items. This should be indicated in the product listing.
We charge a $20 USPS International Rate to Canada (some adjustments may be requested for over-sized packages).
We charge a $30 USPS International Rate to Australia (some adjustments may be requested for over-sized packages).
