RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We accept returns for items in the event they have any manufacturing flaws or defects.

We are happy to exchange clothing items for a different size.

Any item may be exchanged for another of equal value, or for store credit toward a future purchase.

Exchanges must be unused and in their original packaging.

We do not offer refunds, but are happy to issue store credit if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items. All sale item purchases are final.

Unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING / EXCHANGING AN ITEM


Our return label service is free of charge!

Contact us via our web form or toll free by phone ( 1-866-916-0004 ).

We'll need to know:

          the item(s) you are returning

          the item(s) you would like in exchange, including size(s)

          your current shipping address

          your daytime phone number

Via UPS, we will e-mail you instructions to print a return label and return the package.

Note: We cannot guarantee full store credit for returns delivered to us without the provided UPS return label.
Returned items must be received within 2 weeks of delivery date.

When we receive your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will ship your exchange at no extra charge to you.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 days of our receipt of the customer's returned package.

 

STORE CREDIT


In the event that you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, we will issue you a credit for the difference in the form of a coupon code.

In the event that you wish to exchange for an item of greater value, please include a daytime phone number. We will need to
contact you to securely obtain your credit card number. (We accept Visa or Mastercard.) We will hold items for you for
3 days while we attempt to contact you for this info.


SPECIAL ORDERS

 
We are always happy to special order items from our vendors for you when it is possible.

No returns, refunds or exchanges on special order items.

Note: Special orders cannot be discounted and may include an extra shipping charge.
