We are located in Oregon where there is no sales tax, so shopping at Black Wagon is ALWAYS sales tax free!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free UPS Ground shipping is available for Continental US orders of $125 or more.

Where is your store located and what are your hours?

The Black Wagon storefront is located at 3964 N Mississippi Ave, Portland, Oregon 97227. We love to meet
our web customers in person! You can visit us Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 
from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM.

What form of payment do you accept?

Black Wagon currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal. 

How do you guarantee the safety of my credit card info?

Black Wagon uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and secure your credit card info as you
send it to us. We use Authorize.Net for credit card processing.

Do you share our info/e-mail with any one?

We respect your privacy! Black Wagon does not and will not share our customers' information with anyone,
so your e-mail address and any other personal information remains safe with us. 

Where do you deliver? How is shipping calculated?

Black Wagon ships close to home and all over the world! Currently we offer flat rate domestic shipping to
destinations in the Continental U.S. via UPS. We ship Internationally through USPS.

We will contact you immediately if expedited shipping is not available for any item on your order so other
delivery arrangements can be made. Please note that oversize and heavy items may incur additional
shipping charges. We will contact you immediately if additional shipping charges apply to your order. Some
International shipping costs may be below or exceed our flat rate shipping. If shipping is significantly lower
or higher than our flat rate, you will be contacted with a refund or payment request for additional shipping fees. 

Do you offer a discount for educators?

Yes! We are happy to offer a 10% discount to teachers and schools buying items for their classrooms. Please

Do you offer a discount for Multiples?

If you are expecting twins, triplets or more kiddos, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount to any multiple
orders of bedding or furniture. Please contact us directly, 503-916-0000 or toll free 1-866-916-0004 to apply
your multiples discount to your order If you are in Portland or planning to visit, shop online and choose the
"in-store pickup" option. In-store pickup is free! We also offer free UPS Ground shipping for orders of $125 or
more. We ship internationally using USPS (United States Postal Service). Currently we offer a flat rate of $58
for all international orders. Please note that this is an average estimate, as international shipping varies greatly
from country to country. Additional shipping charges may apply due to destination, size and weight of order. 

In the event that shipping fees are greater than $58, we will contact you by e-mail so that you can approve any
additional charges to your order. In the event that your shipping is below our flat rate, we are happy to credit
you back the difference.Please note that some furniture, bedding and toys are drop shipped. Shipping options
vary from vendor to vendor, and vendors sometimes charge additional fees for drop ship and special order
items. We will contact you if additional fees apply. Some furniture and large items may be unavailable for
international shipping. 

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

We are proud of the items we carry at Black Wagon and stand by them. We are happy to accept returns for items
in the event they have any manufacturing flaws or defects. We are also happy to accept exchanges, provided

What if you are sold out of an item?

Black Wagon utilizes inventory management software that helps prevent overselling items on our site. On
occasion we do sell out of items faster than our software is able to track. If we are sold out of an item that you
have purchased, a Black Wagon representative will contact you to help you with backorder, replacement, or
credit for the item.

Can Black Wagon special order items for me?

Absolutely! Black Wagon will go the extra mile in trying to get you the items you are seeking. We work with
wonderful vendors and designers who feel the same way about Black Wagon's customer service that we do.
We are always happy to help you with special orders and special requests. Contact Black Wagon using our
web form and we'll help you find what you're looking for. 

Do you offer gift wrap?

We ship all of our Black Wagon orders wrapped in tissue and sealed with one of our gorgeous Black Wagon
stickers. All orders are delivered in a sweet brown box. This is a free service. No need to pay extra for gift wrap! 

Can I insert a gift card with my order?

Absolutely! Contact Black Wagon via our web form with what you'd like your card to say and we will be happy
to transcribe your wishes to a gift card to be included with your gift.

How do I sign up for Black Wagon's Gift Registry and Wish List?

Creating your own Gift Registry Wish List is easy. First, find an item you'd like to add, then click on the
"Add to Gift Registry & Wishlist" link located just above the item's photo. The first item you choose will prompt
you to either log in to your existing account or create a new one. Once your account is created you'll easily be
able to add the items and quantities you wish for to your new Gift Registry & Wishlist!
